2024 Year End Meeting and Social
Lafayette Parish Medical Society held their Year End Meeting and Social on Thursday, November 21st at Marcello’s Restaurant. LPMS was honored to welcome the newly appointed Louisiana Surgeon General, Dr. Ralph Abraham and the Deputy Surgeon General, Dr. Wyche Coleman.
Dr. Abraham and Dr. Coleman discussed their roles for these new positions and had an open Q and A discussion with members answering all questions that were asked of them. This was a wonderful opportunity that so many members took advantage of. In addition to the speaker’s, new officers were elected for 2025. LPMS President will be Dr. Frankie Rholden. LPMS Vice President will be Dr. Philippe Prouet. LPMS Secretary will be Dr. Kim Drew. If you would like to get involved in 2025, please contact LPMS!
