The Lafayette Parish Medical Society was formed in 1930 as a service organization of physicians dedicated to the ideal of a community that is mutually beneficial to physicians and their patients. The society commits itself to these goals:
- The pursuit and maintenance of accessible quality medical care
- The promotion of public education on health care issues
- Representation of member physicians and assistance in the practice of medicine
We invite you to attend our membership meetings to fellowship with other member physicians and stay updated to the latest news from our society.
